Review
This time around we’ve got a positively (see what I did there?) delicious scampi, despite it having roasted tomatoes. They use what seemed to be extremely fresh tiger shrimp, roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic, and some sort of mixed herbs, and interestingly, serve it on fettuccini, and then top it all off with fresh created Parm reggiano. The fettuccini was high quality and the sauce was so buttery and silky that it made us reminisce about carbonara. Bomb as hell, and wildly enough, one of the cheaper scamps we’ve ever had. Not a huge fan of roasted tomatoes in all these scampi’s lately, but this was the least offensive of the bunch. Definitely would return and get this scamp again (and also try their pizza, it looked dope).
