Review
While this was the most shrimp I’ve ever seen in a Scampi, which was most appreciated, that was pretty much the only standout component of this dish. Don’t get me wrong here… we definitely ate every bite because we were starving. However, would we order this again? Unfortunately, no. I can’t knock Lost Dog for this because apparently every restaurant does this as well, but there was zero freshness or heat. If it had at least these two components, I think this dish would’ve had more depth and earned itself an additional “shrimp rating”. However, it simply fell flat all around. Cute, local hangout spot, but don’t get the Scamp here. Calling all Lost Dogs back to the flavor farm!
